Google allocates $10 million fund to support ideas that could improve people's lives

As part of its tenth birthday celebration, Google has launched  Project 10^100 (pronounced Project 10 to the 100th), under which the company has invited users to send exciting ideas for ways to improve people's lives. Google has also committed $10 million fund to turn up to five of the best ideas into reality. The last date for submitting ideas to Google is 20th October 2008.
